Event Cancellation Policy
Our supper clubs and events are booked and paid in advance and are non-refundable, please ensure all guests are aware of this policy before booking. In the event that you are unable to attend, with minimum one week’s notice, we will move your booking to the next available supper club within 2 months of your original booking. Please check you and your guests can make it before booking, if guests are unable to attend the event at short notice we cannot offer refunds, rebooking or the equivalent ticket price in drinks credit for the remaining guests. We always do our best to accommodate changes and be flexible where it doesn’t negatively impact the business. If we need to cancel events for any reason guests will be offered a choice of a full refund or vouchers.
